    That’s a fine looking heifer!

  2. John Wolf says:

We replaced the wood in the manure spreader one spring, and really wanted to put it in the 4th of July parade while it was still clean, but couldn’t afford any significant amount of tootsie rolls to spread. Be happy in your work!

John, that is brilliant. For the sake of all that is good and right in the world, you need to make that happen–I’m thinking a small grant from The Tootsie Roll people…

  3. France Dozois says:

    thanks Rick–

  4. Rick Currier says:

    What parade was that?

    • Rick McKee says:

Southwest of Buffalo, Rick, in a town called Cherry Creek, New York–where the volume of lake-effect snow is exceeded only by the jelly-filling in The Super Duper’s donuts.
